The Security Dispatcher will report directly to the Security Manager and is responsible for monitoring safety systems and dispatching personnel to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
Primary Job Duties:
Monitor safety systems Deliver outstanding guest service Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries and requests and dispatch personnel to respond to guest calls in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Track guest inquiries, reports and requests via a manual log and/or an automated property management system Manage key distribution (i.
e.
supply room keys, guest room keys, etc.
), as needed Perform additional duties and responsibilities in the Security department, as directed Qualifications and Skills High School diploma or equivalent Previous security experience preferred Computer skills Must be able to work Weekends, Holidays etc.
Shift may vary days and or nights.
